1. My package was marked as delivered, however it hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
I’m sorry this has happened! USPS is VERY short staffed & the holidays are an extremely busy time for them. I have ZERO control over the post office & this seems to be a reoccurring issue as of late.
First, you will need to wait 24 hours before doing anything. Next, you will need to file a claim with USPS directly, which can be done via online OR your local post office.
